Your presence could help someone feel seen.

We are building a thoughtful team of women who want to help create welcoming experiences for women, girls, and young adults throughout Dothan and surrounding communities.

You do not need to have everything figured out to make a difference.

We welcome women with different stories, careers, strengths, ages, and life experiences. Some roles are guest-facing; others happen quietly behind the scenes. What matters most is warmth, reliability, respect, healthy boundaries, and a genuine desire to support the community.

Volunteer opportunities may include Sister Circles, women's events, Bloom, Breathe & Belong age-group experiences, welcome and check-in, creative activities, outreach, setup, cleanup, and administrative support.

Extra care comes with youth-centered roles.

01

Age-appropriate spaces

Bloom Beginnings (12–14), Bloom & Becoming (15–17), and Bloom Forward (18–19) are planned as separate experiences.

02

Clear screening

Roles involving minors may require interviews, references, identity verification, background screening, training, and additional written expectations.

03

Healthy boundaries

Volunteers follow supervision, privacy, communication, transportation, photography, and participant-safety rules established for each program.

A thoughtful yes—not a rushed one.

Let's talk

03

Complete the right next steps

Selected volunteers receive role details, boundaries, training, screening requirements, and event-specific expectations before serving. A specific outing, venue, transportation arrangement, or higher-risk activity may require an additional waiver.

Tell us a little about you.

By typing your full legal name and submitting, you intend to sign these agreements electronically. The Organizer will retain the signed record, form versions, and submission date.

This is an initial volunteer interest application—not a final placement or youth-program clearance. Aire & Ease will share role-specific expectations before you agree to serve. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, copies of identification, medical records, or other highly sensitive information here.

You can still stay close to what is growing.
