Photography helps tell the Aire & Ease story, but participating in photographs is always your choice.
At the event
You are comfortable appearing in event photographs and approved highlights.
You would like the team to check with you before sharing an identifiable image.
You prefer not to be photographed or included in shared event images.
How it works
Use the request form below to let the team know your preference in advance.
Tell a team member if you prefer not to be photographed or want us to ask first.
If you see an identifiable image you would like removed, send enough detail for us to locate it.
Where photographs may appear
Approved photographs may be used on the Aire & Ease website, social-media pages, event recaps, community updates, and future event materials. We do not sell attendee photographs. A request to remove an image will be handled as promptly as reasonably possible, although previously printed materials and content already shared by others may not be fully retrievable.
A parent or legal guardian must provide permission for an identifiable photograph of a minor. Please contact us before the event if a minor will attend.

What your selection means
By selecting an approval option and sending the prepared email, you confirm that you are making the choice for yourself or, when applicable, as the parent or legal guardian of the identified minor.
Permission applies only to the uses you selected. It does not permit Aire & Ease to sell your photograph or use it in a way that is intentionally misleading, disrespectful, or unrelated to Aire & Ease community and event communications.
You may withdraw permission for future uses by contacting helloaireandease@gmail.com. We will stop new uses and remove the image from materials we control as reasonably possible. Previously printed materials or copies shared by others may not be fully retrievable.
Your comfort matters
You are welcome to participate fully whether you opt in, ask us to check first, or opt out. Photography is never a requirement for belonging in the room.
