Everything in one place.

What is Aire & Ease?

Aire & Ease is a women’s wellness and community experience created to make room for connection, rest, creativity, laughter, honest conversation, education, and emotional well-being. Some gatherings are large and celebratory; others are smaller and more intimate. You never have to arrive with perfect words or share more than you want to. Aire & Ease is not therapy, mental-health treatment, or crisis care—professional counseling remains a separate service.

How are Sister Circles connected to the annual experience?

The annual Women’s Mental Health & Wellness Experience is the larger flagship event at the heart of Aire & Ease. Sister Circles carry that same warm, relatable spirit throughout the year in smaller gatherings. Each Circle may have its own theme, activities, and conversations, and together they help build connection and anticipation leading toward the annual experience. You may attend either one—you do not have to attend a Sister Circle before joining the annual event.

What is included with my registration?

Your registration includes admission to the event and the activities described in that event’s listing. Depending on the gathering, this may include guided conversation, creative or wellness activities, materials, light bites, thoughtful refreshments, guest-care details, and time to connect with other women. Because each event is different, any special inclusions, supplies, featured guests, or take-home items will be listed with that event’s details.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear something that helps you feel comfortable and like yourself. You do not need a perfect outfit or a polished version of your life to belong in the room. If an activity requires comfortable movement, special clothing, or an item from home, we will explain that in the event details or confirmation. Otherwise, bring yourself, your ticket information, and an open mind.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely. Many women want to attend but worry about not knowing anyone. You are welcome to come alone, with a friend, with a sister, or with a group. The experience is designed to feel welcoming from the beginning, and there will be natural opportunities to meet and connect with other guests without forced introductions or pressure to share.

Will I have to talk or share personal information?

No. Sharing is always voluntary. You may participate in conversation, listen quietly, take part in the activities, or move through the experience at your own pace. Aire & Ease is built around connection without pressure. You decide what feels comfortable, and you never have to tell your story to prove that you belong.

When and where will the first October 2026 gathering be held?

The first Sister Circle has moved to October 2026 and will be held in Dothan, Alabama. The exact date and venue are still being finalized and will be shared as soon as they are confirmed. Guests on the email list will receive the announcement first, and registered guests will receive arrival information, parking details, and any helpful instructions before the event so nobody has to guess where to go or what to expect.

Is Aire & Ease therapy or a support group?

No. Aire & Ease offers wellness experiences, education, creativity, rest, and community connection. It is not group therapy, mental-health treatment, a therapeutic support group, or crisis care. Professional counseling is offered separately through Aire Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC. Attending an Aire & Ease event does not create a counseling relationship.

Will photographs be taken?

Photographs may be taken to celebrate the event and share the Aire & Ease story, but your comfort matters. You may opt in, ask to be contacted before an identifiable image is shared, request group photographs only, or choose not to be photographed. Choosing not to be photographed will not affect your ability to participate. Visit the Photo Permission page to send your preference before or after an event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. A paid ticket may be transferred to another person until 24 hours before the event unless the event listing states a different deadline. The original purchaser must submit the transfer details so the guest list can be updated.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Refunds may be requested 72 hours or more before the event. Between 72 and 24 hours, an emergency refund review or future-event credit may be requested. No refunds are issued within 24 hours, although an unused ticket may be considered for future-event credit in an emergency. If Aire & Ease cancels the event, payment is returned to the original payment method.

Can I donate to help an uninsured person receive therapy?

Yes. Therapy-access giving is available as a separate option from Aire & Ease event support. These contributions may help reduce counseling costs for eligible uninsured people when assistance and appropriate professional services are available. Counseling is provided separately through Aire Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC. Donors do not choose recipients and never receive a recipient’s identity, diagnosis, appointment information, or treatment details.

Is a donation the same as sponsoring an event?

No. Event sponsorships and donations support Aire & Ease gatherings, refreshments, activities, products, supplies, guest care, and other event needs. They may include financial support, products, or in-kind services. Therapy-access donations are a completely separate giving option for eligible uninsured people seeking professional counseling. Funds and donated items are used only for the purpose selected.

Who do I contact with another question?

Email helloaireandease@gmail.com or call the business line at (334) 661-9647. Please include your name, the event or page your question is about, and the best way to reach you. Do not send diagnoses, treatment records, insurance documents, payment-card details, or other sensitive health or financial information through standard email.
