Help run the work. Help the vision grow.

Aire & Ease is growing, and I’m ready to admit something: I cannot keep trying to carry every part of it by myself. Between running a business, caring for my clients, being a full-time mother and wife, and building a community that means so much to me, there are simply not enough hours in the day—or enough cups of coffee. 😂 I’m looking for a small group of dependable women who genuinely believe in this vision and are ready to help me carry the work. I care deeply about what I’m building, and I want everything connected to Aire & Ease to reflect that same care, intention, warmth, and excellence. So yes, we’re going to laugh, connect, enjoy ourselves, and I’m definitely going to feed y’all—but we’re also going to handle business. This is a joyful, hands-on leadership team. Each woman will have a specific role, clear responsibilities, and the trust to help keep our programs, events, outreach, and community moving forward. We’ll build together with love, accountability, respect, and a shared commitment to serving women and girls well.

A working team with clear roles and clear leadership.

Aire & Ease needs more than occasional advice—it needs reliable women who can help carry the work. Members will manage assigned responsibilities, meet deadlines, communicate progress, support events and programs, and help keep important details moving. Ayesha remains the founder, sets the vision, and makes final decisions; each Circle member helps execute that vision in her designated area.

Choose the responsibility you are ready to own.

We are beginning with one dependable woman in each primary position. These are active service roles, not honorary titles. Each woman should be prepared to follow through independently, give updates, ask for approval when needed, and help solve the day-to-day needs of a growing community organization. There will still be room for personality, laughter, creativity, and genuine connection while we work.
