Registration policy.

72 hours or more before the event: Guests may request a refund to the original payment method. The request must be received at least 72 hours before the event start time.

Between 72 and 24 hours before the event: Standard refunds are no longer available. If an emergency prevents attendance, the guest may request an emergency refund review or ask to apply the unused ticket toward a future Aire & Ease event. Emergency refunds are reviewed individually and are not automatic.

Within 24 hours of the event or after the event begins: No refunds will be issued. In an emergency, a guest may request that an unused, non-transferred ticket be applied toward a future event, subject to approval.

A ticket may also be transferred to another guest before the transfer deadline. If Aire & Ease cancels an event, payment will be returned to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, registered guests will receive updated options by email.

Participation begins with clear consent.

Every participant must complete the registration, consent, and general event waiver that applies to her program. A parent or legal guardian must complete the form for participants ages 12–17. Young adults ages 18–19 register and consent for themselves.

General acknowledgments include voluntary participation, ordinary activity risks, emergency contact permission, personal responsibility, respectful conduct, venue rules, and transportation responsibility. Photo and video permission is a separate choice and may be declined without affecting participation.

An outing, third-party venue, transportation arrangement, or activity with additional risks may require a separate form naming the date, destination, activity, supervision plan, transportation details, and emergency procedures. No minor will be transported as part of an Aire & Ease activity without specific written parent or guardian authorization.

Participants may ask questions before agreeing. These forms support informed participation and do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Aire & Ease may postpone, modify, or end an activity when safety, weather, venue conditions, illness, or conduct requires it.
