Join the circle

Help make more room for women to breathe and belong.

Partner, sponsor, volunteer, or simply stay connected. There is more than one way to support the Aire & Ease community.

Choose the role that fits you.

01

Annual-event sponsorship

Give financially, donate products or services, or sponsor a part of the annual Aire & Ease experience.

02

Products & in-kind gifts

Contribute guest gifts, activity materials, food, refreshments, décor, printing, professional services, or other useful items.

03

Collaborations

Bring an aligned activity, resource, product, service, or community partnership to a gathering.

04

Therapy-access giving

A separate giving option may help eligible uninsured people access professional counseling outside Aire & Ease events.

Help care for the room and the women inside it.

Sponsorship helps Aire & Ease offer a welcoming space, thoughtful programming, beautiful details, light bites, and comfort from arrival through departure. Sponsors may support the overall experience or ask about one area that aligns with their organization.

Support does not have to be a cash donation. Annual-event sponsors may contribute products, gift-bag items, food, beverages, décor, printing, photography, creative materials, professional services, venue support, volunteer time, or another in-kind gift that fits the experience.

01

Welcome & guest care

Arrival details, comfort items, keepsakes, supplies, and thoughtful touches that help women feel considered.

02

Light bites & refreshments

Refreshments that make the experience feel relaxed, cared for, and easy to enjoy.

03

Products, services & experiences

Product donations, creative materials, wellness activities, printing, photography, décor, event production, and professional services that bring the gathering to life.

Event support and therapy-access support never share the same purpose.

Event donations and sponsorships support Aire & Ease gatherings—the venue, activities, guest care, supplies, food, products, and event experience. Therapy-access donations are completely separate and may help eligible uninsured people with professional counseling costs through Aire Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC.

A contribution is used only for the purpose selected by the donor. Event funds are not used for counseling, and therapy-access funds are not used to produce Aire & Ease events.

Compare support options

Bring something meaningful to the experience.

We welcome conversations with aligned businesses, community organizations, wellness professionals, creatives, speakers, vendors, and service providers. A collaboration should support the purpose of Aire & Ease, respect the difference between community wellness and clinical care, and add genuine value for guests.

A simple, thoughtful partnership process.

Partnerships support wellness and community—not clinical care.
