The welcome
How did you feel when you arrived, and what helped you settle into the room?

Your experience
“Your honest experience may be the reassurance another woman needs before walking into the room.”
There is no perfect way to write a review. A few thoughtful sentences about how you felt, what you enjoyed, or what you would tell a friend are enough.
You control how your name appears and whether your words may be shared publicly.
Need a place to begin?
How did you feel when you arrived, and what helped you settle into the room?
What activity, conversation, detail, or connection stayed with you afterward?
What would you tell another woman who is considering joining us?

Optional reflection
Think about the arrival, team members, room setup, other guests, music, refreshments, or any small detail that helped you settle in.
You might mention a conversation, activity, moment of rest, meaningful connection, light bite, activity, or something you learned about yourself.
Honest suggestions about communication, accessibility, timing, activities, comfort, or the overall experience help us plan with greater care.
Before anything is shared
Submitting a review gives Aire & Ease permission to consider it for the website, social media, and event materials. A review is not published automatically.
You may request your full name, first name only, initials, or “anonymous.” We may correct spelling or shorten a review for space, but we will not intentionally change its meaning.
Please do not include another guest's name, private health information, or details that could identify someone who has not agreed to be included.
Changed your mind?
Email helloaireandease@gmail.com with enough information to identify the review. We will remove it from materials we control as promptly as reasonably possible. Previously printed materials may remain in circulation.
