This check-in is not asking whether the whole week was good. A hard week can still hold one honest laugh, one peaceful drive, one meal you enjoyed, or one moment when you stopped thinking about what everybody needed from you.
Look for the moment—not the perfect week
When did you feel most like yourself? What were you doing? Who was around you? What were you not worrying about for those few minutes? Maybe you were dressed up, curled up, creating something, laughing, listening to music, moving your body, or sitting somewhere quiet.
Now ask what that moment tells you. Do you need more play, rest, beauty, movement, creativity, connection, or time without a role to perform?
Carry one clue into the new week
Choose one part of that feeling and make room for it again. Keep it small and specific: one song on the drive home, coffee away from your desk, a ten-minute call, fresh flowers, an evening walk, or an hour with the phone in another room.
You do not have to recreate the whole moment. Just follow the clue. The things that help you feel like yourself deserve a place in your real schedule.
What made you feel like yourself this week—and how can you make room for a little more of it?
What brought you one honest moment of joy?
Name it, notice what it gave you, and choose one way to welcome it back.
